Description
UHT units use indirect (plate or tubular heat exchangers) or direct (steam infusion/steam injection) heating methods. Typical capacity: 1–10 tonnes/hour. Equipped with flash cooling, homogenisers (150–250 bar), aseptic pumps, and sterile fillers (tetra packs, bottles). Features include online sterilising filters, CIP, and SS316 components with automated control. Suitable for ambient-stable dairy drinks or juices, complying with FDA and EU aseptic packaging regulations.
